The need for housing has grown significantly during the last few decades. The government has tried a number of programs, but it hasn't been able to keep up with the rising demand. Due to their exploitative nature, a number of private entities have dominated the real estate market and show no regard for the needs of customers. The current regulations have not been able to oversee the mainly unregulated Real Estate and Housing Sector in the United States, and contracts with unjust and one-sided conditions have left customers powerless. Customers are thus compelled to sign documents that contain blatantly biased language, granting the developers unchecked and irrational power. In addition, without an intermediary, users cannot obtain comprehensive details or hold negligent developers accountable.
